WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR ORDER NOTES:

• Flexfit hat color & size
• Number for the front and inner and outer thread colors*
• Text and thread color for the back**

*we can change the font if you prefer a non-varsity style but you may lose the outline**the longer the text, the smaller it will appear.

All embroidery orders are made daily in our shop, and shipped quick.

• Embroidered design can have the thread colors changed to look better on the color/style hat you choose. If you have a specific request, please leave it in a note when you checkout.
• Flexfit sizes are all L/XL. If you need a S/M or XXL, send us a message first to see if we have that color in stock for that size.
  
• Please ensure that you are selecting the right style/color you want. Once the hat is made, we cannot accept returns. Nobody wants a used hat and even if you didn't wear it, we cannot resell it as a new hat. Please double check your order before you complete checkout.
• We do our best to trim away any threads where the machine changes colors on both the outside and inside. If we miss one, snip it off and use a lighter to lightly sear the end.
• If you need additional photos of a specific hat, please reach out.
  
• We are a small, family-run & veteran owned business. My wife and I work long hours trying to ensure our customers are taken care of and making product. If you send us a message, we will reply, but sometimes we also may be away from the shop doing family stuff.

• Each hat and beanie is placed in a plastic bag and sealed, then placed inside a cardboard box (9x7x5 for hats, 6x6x6 for beanies) This ensures your hat doesn't get squished or damaged if mishandled by the postal service.
• Shipping pricing is managed by eBay. We have zero control over this. If you add all your items to the cart, when you checkout, eBay will calculate the weight we have each hat listed to give you the correct shipping cost. They send us the label, we do not "pocket" anything from this.
